Highly recommend Spaces LLC. Andrew made the entire process smooth and simple and was very responsive to our questions and keeping us up to date throughout the entire project. They started work right away and Brandon, Chris and their crew worked quickly. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Spaces LLC did a great job on our recent deck project. I selected them even though they were not the lowest estimate I received. They seemed to be a substantial company with a full time crew and good organizational skill. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone. Their estimate was complete and held up with no hidden costs. They were always available and transparent in their communications. The scope did increase and their price for the change was reasonable. Doug is an excellent carpenter, managed the crew well and did much of the work himself. It was a great experience working with them

Great experience working with Andrew and Brandon at Spaces. Had 3 bathrooms remodeled and very happy with the end result, particularly the tile & glass work. Great communication during initial planning and throughout the process. Also did a great job responding to and resolving issues with the house we found during demo, allowing the project to continue as planned.

I had a bathroom shower with a hole in it. Staff were friendly and professional and fixed my problem. Very hard to find a contractor and this company calls you back. Now just need a shower rod and I'll be all set. My fault on the rod, not Spaces, LLC. I've already scheduled more future projects. Flooring next week. They did a nice job and the clean-up was good too. Thanks Spaces. 😆 Update: I love my new shower 🚿 and can't wait to use it. I was able to install my shower rod and it is perfect. Shower looks so good makes me want to update entire house. Surely I will use Spaces again. Highly recommend them. In fact I already recommended them to two people already. Very nice company who does a great job. And the clean-up service afterwards was an added bonus.

Spaces LLC. Not only did a fantastic job of replacing our skylight, but they educate, they explain in detail what they are going to do. They give honest opinions and as a professional, they are exceptional. I also had them complete other work that needed be done, and we are excited to give that work to Spaces LLC. After they finished the fencing and patio, I was amazed at the work and craftmanship. If you want quality work no hassle, as well as great understanding of insurance claims, give them a call.

We had a broken pipe under our jacuzzi. We had a plumber fix the pipe, but there was a horrible smell that permeated the whole area. Spaces, LLC came in and did a 3-step procedure to get rid of the smell!

We recently had our kitchen and bathroom remodeled, and the results blew us away! The team was professional, on time, and very respectful of our space. Our home feels brand new. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality renovations!

I recently spoke with Andrew who had arranged to have my furniture cleaned through my property manger. Andrew was very accommodating when it came to my hectic schedule, appointmentwas made with ease. I met two great team members, Harold & Eddie. They came into my home with total understanding and respect of the situation. I've they came in and explained everything I was totally unaware that more than just my furniture was going to be clean my family was home it was first thing in the morning. I was a little stressed and Eddie made me feel at ease and worked around my family, and Harold did a great job working diligently but quietly downstairs on my furniture. I was unaware of Spaces LLC until that day but now I will never forget them. THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart. The items cleaned were *Sectional *Floors *Stairway *Windowsills * Bathrooms

Spaces was easy to work with and timely, I had an emergency mold/water retention test I needed done on an adjacent unit, as well as ceiling repair. They were able to come through and do the work quickly, affordably, and with high quality materials. They were also very respectful with my neighbors, who let me know the work was done well and within their standards (which on a personal note, are quite high) thank you!

We had a bad leak inside walls. Mold removal, new bathroom and kitchen was end result. Andrew handled communication with insurance co and their estimators. His experience got us much more money than insurance offered. We avoided potential issues with coverage and getting what we paid for because he handled all the estimates and communication. We had several customizations included adding a gas line for a new stove. Brandon our on site manager knows his stuff when it comes the details of the project. From the big things like countertops and cabinets to the small things. I met with Brandon onsite along with Mark, who can build and fix anything. If there is something you don’t like he redoes it till you do. Solid advice, if you want a one stop shop to handle things from A to Z and keep a schedule Call Drew. And never call your insurance co on a claim. Have Drew do it.
